Game FAQS
1. How Do I Rent Games on TriniTrolley?
Its simple, choose the timeframe you want to Rent – Daily, Weekly, or Monthly and hit “RENT NOW”. The board game(s) will be added to your Trolley and once you are ready to confirm you can checkout by creating a customer account or logging in if you are an existing customer. Remember, there is a Security Depositon ALL Games which is REFUNDED in full when the game is returned to us. You will see an order summary on the last page of your order checkout process.
2. How Do I Pay for my Game Rentals?
At checkout, you choose to pay “On Delivery” for your game(s) by LINX or CASH ONLY!
Remember, on each board game product page, there is a Security Deposit which is added to your total to pay, see – “Total Price” section. The Security Deposit is REFUNDED in FULL when you return the game.
3. How Do I Receive My Games and How Do I Return them?
We Deliver your games and we collect them at the end of the rental period, there is NO addditional charge for delivery and pickup, you only pay for your rental term and the refundable security deposit upon delivery.
In Summary, Delivery and Pick Up for your Game(s) Rental is FREE!
4. What are your requirements for Rental?
You must submit 2 forms of ID, 1 - Utility Bill for your address and the full rental payment for the term you choose in addition to the Security Deposit. You will also be required to sign a standard rental agreement when we deliver.
5. What happens if I do not return the Game?
You will be charged additional fees for late return and if we are unable to contact you, your information will be passed to our Collection Agency and they will find you!
