Allow it to Cool After milk has been properly heated, the TIME MACHINE stops heating and monitors temperature while the milk naturally cools to its incubation temperature. Speed up the cooling process by opening the lid.
Just Incubate Then You've Got Yogurt! Add your active yogurt culture then set the TIME MACHINE to incubate. It can be programmed incubate automatically from 8 to 12 hours. Once done it's done, chill the yogurt in the fridge and you've got delicious, homemade yogurt! Mix in fresh fruit, honey or jam for a quick, healthy breakfast or snack. Yogurt can also easily be strained for thick Greek yogurt.
